1. Acceptance
By using PulseAlert ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Not medical advice
PulseAlert provides general first-aid information for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. In a life-threatening emergency, always call your local emergency services immediately.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Premium features are offered via paid subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseAlert and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app, including any outcome of following first-aid instructions.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
